Pancake Tacos
Ingredients:
1 lb. ground beef
Pkg. taco mix
1 yellow onion, chopped
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 c. jalapenos
2 c. cheddar cheese
Sour Cream
2 c. Bisquick
1 c. milk
2 eggs
Directions:
1. Mix together Bisquick, milk and eggs. Make your
pancakes as normal, but add onions to the mix.
2. Cook taco meat.
3. Top your pancake taco with meat, cheese, jalapenos,
green onions, sour cream, or any of your favorite toppings.
4. Enjoy!
