The Georgianne Inn is fabulous!! I had the opportunity to walk the
grounds with new owner, Greg Stoeffler, and let me tell you, I want
to move in! Greg has done massive renovations to this place and it
really is a home away from home! Let me fill you in…
The Georgianne Inn has been around forever (built in 1910 and
converted to an Inn in 1921), but when Greg took over in May, 2017,
that’s really when it all came together. Greg had a vision of a 1920’s
Mediterranean style get-away in the middle of a 21st century beach
town and his vision is now our reality. From the Italian Cypresses
surrounding the brand new heated/cooled pool, to the black and
white umbrellas, the custom-made barn doors, circular drive, and
pure Southern style of the entire building, it truly is a place to get
away and enjoy genteel southern living with an updated flair. Add in
the outdoor shower, bbq areas, huge covered patio, wifi and cable,
laundry facilities, as well as the first-class service, and why would
you ever want to leave?
The Inn sits off the main drag on its own private street, so you are
front and center, but quiet and peaceful. Boasting eight suite units
(1 three bedrooms two baths, 2 two bedrooms two baths, 3 one
bedroom one bath suites, and two studios), the Georgianne Inn can
sleep from 2-9, depending on the suite, and is perfect for couples,
family reunions, corporate retreats, weddings and anyone who just
wants to get away.
Everything has been renovated from the floors to the ceilings with
5-star amenities and attention to every single detail - and it shows.
Every ground floor room has new super-efficient air conditioning
units (upstairs suites with central heat and air), brand new flat
screen televisions, premium flooring, bed linens you will be tempted
to steal and I haven’t even gotten to the homey feel of every unit
and the fabulous kitchens with everything a person could want. Did
I mention direct access to the beach?
