Advanced Night Drill
This player is beginning to hit with
power, spin, depth and control. The
serve can be a weapon, and the player
can move into a net position with some
skill. Call for availability; classes run
only if attendance minimums are met.

Adult Cardio Tennis
4.0+ Advanced Level:

Fit For Tennis
This is an on-court tennis station
workout program. Stations include:
resistance bands, jump robes, medicine
balls, foot work ladders and a ball
machine. This is a weight-training boot
camp that focuses on muscle groups
used during match play.

Junior Programs
Red Ball
(ages 5-6)
This program is for slower play on a
smaller court and net. Shorter racquets
enable earlier play.

Junior Evening Clinics
The junior instructional program
includes five different class levels for
children ages 4-18. The program
provides a structured and fun
framework for learning, where
the student will foster a lasting
enjoyment for the game of tennis and
a willingness and desire to improve.

Advanced Junior Player
Development
This program is for entry-level
to advanced tournament players.
Emphasis is on speed, agility, footwork,
on-court strategy and more.

USTA Junior Team Tennis
Register for Pinellas North Team Up
and play some junior team tennis. Your
child must be able to play tennis at
the advanced beginner to intermediate
level and know general rules and
scoring. Levels of play: 8 & Younger/
Red Ball, 10 & Younger/Orange Ball,
14 & Younger/Green Dot Ball, and 18
& Younger/Yellow Ball.
• Summer Team-Up: TBD
• Sign up for a spot on a junior tennis
team. Bring a friend or meet new
friends to play with or against. This
is a fun league designed to teach you
how to compete in an enjoyable,
no-pressure organized play.

USTA Junior Team Tennis is

Tennis Complex. Give your child
the opportunity to enjoy playing
competitive tennis with a positive

format for learning tennis by using
modified equipment and scoring to

Earn your sports patch in only two
weeks.
• Schedule troop clinics
• Learn the basics strokes, keeping

Pickleball Drop-In Play
Pickleball is a fun, active game that is
played on a badminton court with the
net lowered to 34 inches.

Special Tennis Events
Family Tennis Festival
Celebrate the grand opening of the
facility's newest four hydro-grid clay
courts. Those who register will enjoy
free tennis clinics, food and drinks.
Demos of the newest line of racquets
also will be offered.
