Featuring seven natural turf fields, Fun Valley Sports Complex spans 35 acres and recently
went through nearly $1 million worth of facility improvements, to be completed in the
Spring. Fun Valley has hosted more than 40 USSSA world tournaments, 14 USSSA divisional
tournaments, 74 USSSA NIT’s and currently hosts numerous local and state USSSA
baseball and softball tournaments, NBC baseball tournaments, and USA Softball tournaments.
The complex includes a large concession and merchandise area, air-conditioned

sports bar, upper deck mezzanine, sand volleyball courts and a playground.
Hobart-Detter Field

A former minor league and semi-pro
baseball park, this natural turf field
serves as the home field for local
baseball teams, including Hutchinson
Community College, Hutchinson High
School and the Hutchinson Monarchs.
It’s also a host site for numerous USSSA
and NBC state and local tournaments.
Buhler Fields
701 Parkside Dr., Buhler
Wheatland Park Ballfield Complex is the
newest baseball and softball complex in
Reno County. The complex features two
baseball and two softball fields, practice
batting cages, a brand new concession
stand, and is located within walking distance
of Buhler High School. The varsity
baseball field features the only turf infield
in Reno County.
Haven Fields
12 miles south of Hutchinson
The brand new Haven ball fields feature
turf fields, as well as top-notch practice
facilities. Haven Public Schools have had
great support in maintaining high-quality
athletic facilities that focus on the experience
of players and fans.
McQueen & Stremel
Fields
Located in Carey Park
McQueen Fields and Stremel Fields offer
additional options for baseball and softball
teams. McQueen provides three small
fields, perfect for youth baseball and softball,
while Stremel Fields provide two larger
fields for older youth and adult softball and
baseball.
