Vacation Planner. We were
given this special designation
by Disney as a result of our agency’s ongoing focus and commitment to
planning customized magical trips to the Disney Parks, Disney Cruise Line®
and other Disney vacation destinations worldwide.
We are also very proud to have been named a Preferred Sandals Specialist
through the Sandals Brand.
What does the future of your company look like? Any plans?
We plan to expand our company nationally. We would like to expand our
resources and capture more destinations that we can book for our clients.
We are always looking for new destinations, new ideas and new ways to
make our clients dreams come true. We would also like to start offering
group tours and planned guided vacations through Time to Travel, Inc.
Who are your primary customers? What are some unique ways
you grow your customer base? Our clientele is everyone!! Everyone
needs and wants a vacation, and that’s what we are here to help with. We
see various trends each year in who is traveling, and where they want to
go. We focus on families with children of all ages,
honeymooners, multi-generational travel, empty
nesters, group travel…pretty much everyone! We
are continuously growing our business and thinking
of new and innovative ways to market our travel
agency. We love how loyal our clients are to us,
and we are thankful for the referrals they send our
way! We have a great referral program that will
allow our clients to earn credit towards their next
vacation.
How does your business make its customer
service stand out? Quality Customer Service
is a huge part of our brand and who we
are! We strive for excellence through offering
personalized vacation planning services that
cater to the unique needs of each individual
family and client. We want each family to
feel as if they are our only customers and we want to make sure they
know how much we value them and appreciate their business. Our clients
are the “why” behind our business, and the vacation experience starts the
moment they contact us. We can ensure that including Time to Travel to
your travel plans will guarantee a wonderful experience. We not only want
our customers to be satisfied, we want them to be loyal to us!

Giving back is
extremely important
to my family, and
to my agency. I also
feel that giving back
doesn’t always have
to be mentioned and
publicized, so most
of our “give back and
acts of service” go unnoticed and that
brings an even greater joy to us. However, as
an agency, we have collaborated on numerous
efforts to assist families and children in need,
as well as donate and assist with benefits and
fundraisers.
