In this model, Marci, and her design assistant, Katie O’Neil,
decided on a comfortable, elegant design aesthetic using a
neutral color palette accentuated by soft aqua blues. Adding to
the tranquility of the home, natural elements were integrated
through the tasteful use of plants and greenery in decorative
pots.
A sense of calm permeates the space upon entry, and unusual
artistic furniture pieces and accessories delight the eye at
every turn. The sculptural branch table base adds a whimsical
natural touch in the foyer, while oversized lighting fixtures
brighten the space and accentuate the high ceilings throughout.
Designer touches are apparent in each room – from nail head
trim, custom pillows and window treatments to gallery walls
and special accessories.

This top treatment of custom knotted basket
weave drapery draws interest and attention to
the high ceilings prevalent throughout Belleview
Place residences. Two-toned, round color block
stools offer a fun mobile perch overlooking the
outdoor space, or can be utilized elsewhere as
needed.
An artistic sculptural branch console table base adds
dimension and visual impact upon entering the foyer.
The concentric circular mirror evokes a slight nautical
“porthole” aesthetic above the tabletop accessories.
