Clearwater Jazz
Holiday
The Clearwater Jazz Holiday Music
Festival is scheduled to return for
its 42nd year this fall from October
14-17, 2021. In light of the Imagine
Clearwater construction schedule in
Coachman Park, the festival is expected
to take place in a temporary venue with
reduced capacity, social distancing and
other safety protocols. The festival’s
High Note Society members are able
to take advantage of a one-of-a-kind
concert experience. Memberships
will open soon with details posted
on clearwaterjazz.com. In addition, the
Clearwater Jazz Holiday Foundation has
introduced the Wanderlust Music Series
of small-scale, open-air and socially
distanced concerts that began in mid-
February and will continue through mid-
December to unite our community of
support, celebrate its impact and raise
funds for the foundation.

Buccaneers Win Super Bowl
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers won Super Bowl LV,
playing at home in Raymond James Stadium
in Tampa. Quarterback Tom Brady, in his
first season with the Buccaneers, received
the Most Valuable Player Award for
leading the team to a decisive
(31-9) win over the Kansas City
Chiefs. It was a great win for
the Bucs and the entire Tampa
Bay area. In a year filled
with disappointments due
to COVID-19, winning the
Super Bowl has area residents
smiling and realizing that even
during hard times, good things
can happen.
