With over 50 beers on tap, The
House Of Beer is becoming one
of the most popular hospitality
venues in North Pinellas County.
There are craft beers and imports
and the House of Beer is almost
always ahead of the trend as new
beers are often debuted there before
being available elsewhere in
the county. “We usually have new
releases before anyone else locally”,
says managing partner, A.J.
Bucholtz.
“Craft Beers”, refer to American
small breweries are increasingly
popular and as offered in many varieties
to please every palate. “We
usually have new releases before
other local establishments even
hear about it.
The House of Beer makes it fun
to try different beers as they offer
a “Rail Card”to encourage customers
to become more adventurous
and knowledgeable about their extensive
product line. “Rail Card”
holders have to drink at least one
beer from each of the 50 beers on
tap and those who have completed
10 “Rail Cards” may become
members of the Explorers Club.
Explorer Members receive a 20%
discount on future tap beer purchases
and invitations to special
events. They also get their names
immortalized on a plaque on the
wall.
Ladies night is Thursday. Women
may enjoy a buy on get one
free promotion on all draft beer or
$6.00 for ALL YOU CAN DRINK
house wines! Tuesday night is
Trivia night with prizes for 1st
& 2nd place team prizes. NFL
package is offered on Sunday and
Monday nights when patrons may
purchase NFL gear two for one.
The House of Beer has a good,
responsible, and friendly clientele.
They encourage social exchanges
between the customers and staff
and have created a local neighborhood
atmosphere where strangers
are comfortable upon entering the
HOB at any time.

in the community and they are

Commerce. AJ is on the NPRCC
Board of Directors. They support
many local charities and will
provide the expertise to non-profits
and other local organizations who
are looking for unique fundraising
opportunities. They even have
space for private parties.
Those seeking more knowledge
about beer might want to look in
to the Dunedin Brewers Guild
meetings, which are held at the
Palm Harbor location. These folks
get together and sample each other’s
homemade beer.
The House of Beer has two
local North Pinellas locations,
each is a little different from the
other. The Palm Harbor location is
more intimate and provides a lot of
convenient parking.
