Hamilton Receives Workplace Excellence Award
Hamilton Health Care System recently
received the Workplace Excellence Award
from the Bivarus Company (formerly The
Jackson Group). This prestigious, national
award is given to a select few companies
that achieve high standards in workplace
communication, employee satisfaction, and
leadership excellence.
The award is based on an employee
survey which was administered this
spring. Employees rated Hamilton in the
following areas:
• Attention to employee needs
• Communication
• Employee involvement
• Department leadership
• Direct supervision
• Overall work environment
• Employee satisfaction
• Employee engagement
Through these survey results, Hamilton
showed evidence of workplace excellence
by meeting or exceeding established
criteria in these categories. Survey results
are compared to results of the 200
Bivarus clients.

MidSouth Award for Leadership Excellence
Hamilton Medical Center recently received
a Leadership Excellence award from Vizient
MidSouth. This award recognizes member
organizations that have achieved success
across three key focus areas compared
to their Vizient MidSouth peers. The three
focus areas include:
