This free class teaches practical baby care
information and what to expect the first
few days of your baby’s life. Two support
people may attend with the expectant

This free, two-session class is designed for the
expectant mom and her support person. The
class should be scheduled during the fourth to

caregivers are invited. Free respite care

Shed the Pounds, Shed the Risk
This eight-week, non-supplement weight loss
program teaches participants how to take
a more active role in managing their health
while losing weight. Day and evening classes
are available. The program cost is $80.

Joint Moves Pre-Operative Class
This free class on joint replacement surgery
is designed for those who are considering
joint replacement or have a joint replacement

the SICU waiting room, just inside the main
entrance to the hospital). No registration is

Bradley Whiteside Rehabilitation and Hamilton
Spine Health and Sport host a free injury
screening on the third Wednesday of each
month from 4 to 6 pm in the Bradley Wellness
Center lobby. Children can be seen with a

To ensure effective communication to those who are deaf or hard of hearing,
Hamilton Health Care System provides interpreters and auxiliary aids. These

Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Reunion
A Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) reunion
will be held on Saturday, December 2 in the
Hamilton Medical Center Mensa (the dining
room adjacent to the cafeteria) from 3 to 6
