Caregiver Time Out
This event is held the second Tuesday
of each month from 3 pm to 8 pm at
RossWoods Adult Day Services located at
1402 Walston Street in Dalton. A free dinner
and respite care for the caregiver’s loved

Shed the Pounds, Shed the Risk
This eight-week, non-supplement weight
loss program teaches participants
how to take a more active role in
managing their health while losing
weight. Day and evening classes are
available. The program cost is $80.

Parents Night Out
Enjoy an evening out while the kids have
fun at Bradley Wellness Center. Parents
Night Out is held quarterly on Fridays from
6 pm to 9 pm for children age 2-11. The
event is free for Bradley Wellness Center
members (including dinner for the children)
and $25 for non-members. Space is limited.

Hamilton Medical Center will host a Blood
Assurance blood drive on Tuesday, January
29, 10 am to 4 pm. The drive will be held
in the
