Baby Care Basics Class
This free class teaches practical baby care
information and what to expect the ��rst
few days of your baby’s life. Two support
people may attend with the expectant

Tiaras and Ties ��amily Dance
Enjoy dancing, games, photography, and fun
for the whole family at Bradley Wellness Center
on Saturday, June 1 from 6 to 9pm. $10 adults,

Caregiver Time Out
This event is held the second Tuesday of each
month from 3 to 8 pm at RossWoods Adult
Day Services located at 1402 Walston Street
in Dalton. A free dinner and respite care for
the caregiver’s loved one is provided. Call

Shed the Pounds, Shed the Risk
This eight-week, non-supplement weight
loss program teaches participants
how to take a more active role in
managing their health while losing
weight. Day and evening classes are
available. The program cost is $80.

Parents Night Out
Enjoy an evening out while the kids have fun at
Bradley Wellness Center. Parents Night Out is held
quarterly on ��ridays from 6 to 9 pm for children
age 2-11. The event is free (including dinner
for the children) for Bradley Wellness Center
members and $25 for non-members. Space is

Joint Moves
Pre-Operative Class
This free class on joint replacement
surgery is designed for those who
are considering joint replacement
or have a joint replacement surgery
scheduled. The class is held each
Thursday at noon at the Winkler
Educational Building located across
the street from the main entrance
of the hospital. Directions: from
Thornton Avenue, turn onto
Memorial Drive, then turn left onto
Elkwood Drive, and the Winkler
Educational Building is on the
right - 1725 Elkwood Drive, Dalton.

Hamilton Hospice Celebration of Life
Hamilton Hospice and the Whit��eld Healthcare
��oundation will host a Celebration of Life on
Sunday, June 2 at First Presbyterian Dalton, 101
S. Selvidge Street in downtown Dalton. Join us to

in the past year. The celebration will include
