TRAVERSABLE TOWN
A destination for Nordic skiers when the snow
falls because of its rolling hills, Plymouth is also
a great place to walk around in the summer.
THROWBACK SHOPS
The general store still sells penny candy and
amusements and is home to a large vaulted
dance hall that served as the White House
summer office in 1924. And the Plymouth
Cheese Shop is always a delight.
ALL ABOUT COOLIDGE
As you would expect from a president’s
birthplace, Plymouth has interactive exhibits,
a carefully maintained homestead farm that
belonged to the Coolidge family, and keepsakes
from his early life.
PLYMOUTH NOTCH
This National Historic Landmark is regarded
as one of the nation’s best preserved sites, an
excellent example of an early-twentieth-century
Vermont hill town.
