to celebrate at the Second Annual
Downtown Clearwater Craft Beer
and Music Festival set from 11 a.m.
to 11 p.m. Saturday, May 19 at
Station Square Park in Downtown
Clearwater.
The festival will be held on Cleveland
Street between Fort Harrison and
East avenues and at Station Square
Park, located at 612 Cleveland
St. Event admission is free. Free
parking is available throughout
Downtown Clearwater and the city
of Clearwater parking garages located
near the event, which can be found at

The Website Promotes Events, Businesses and Happenings in Downtown
Clearwater
Explore, experience and enjoy the beauty beyond the beach in Downtown
Clearwater. To help make a visit to Downtown Clearwater a success, the city of
Clearwater's Community Redevelopment Agency has launched a new website,
DowntownClearwater.com, that will pinpoint the entertainment, culinary and
business opportunities in Downtown Clearwater.
The interactive, state-of-the-art and easy-to-navigate DowntownClearwater.com
website invites viewers to explore and learn about the daily concerts, events and
activities happening in Downtown Clearwater. The website features calendars and
itineraries with information for fun things to do. The site's Ready, Set, Explore
feature allows website visitors to find their favorite shops and restaurants on one
interactive map that will help plan their adventure in Downtown Clearwater.
It also recognizes the future of Downtown Clearwater with information and images
on the upcoming projects:
• Enhancement plan for Coachman Park
• Development of the North Marina Master Plan
• Streetscape improvements along Cleveland Street from Missouri Avenue to
Gulf-to-Bay Boulevard
• Neighborhood improvements for the Downtown Gateway with plans for a
Mercado or Market Place

Home Cookin' with Greg Billings Band and The Black Honkeys
Two exciting bands share one stage and one night in Downtown Clearwater. The
Greg Billings Band brings its high-powered rock 'n' roll to the outdoor stage. The
Black Honkeys will perform its soul, funk and rhythm and blues music. Blast
Friday is in its eighth season and is sponsored by the city of Clearwater and the
Downtown Development Board. Blast Friday is held on Cleveland Street between
Osceola and East avenues and in Station Square Park.
Along with the live music, Blast Friday hosts food trucks and vendors serving
specialty food, beer, wine and non-alcoholic beverages. There's a beer garden at
Station Square Park, 612 Cleveland St., with live music and a sampling of New
Belgium Brewing.
