Heroes’ Commons At Jefferson Park
an initiative to provide six mortgage-free homes to local veterans.

a foundation-administered forum that brings together community groups and experts
working in a collaborative effort to address our community’s housing challenge.
Transformation Village
a commercial redevelopment project for the underserved community of Bithlo.
Notables
In June, ORRF celebrated the closing and a
key-gifting ceremony with the new owners
of its third Heroes’ Commons At Jefferson
Park home.
In September, ORRF held a ribbon-cutting
to mark the completion of the
Transformation Village Coffee Shop &
Library. The foundation contributed
nearly $8,000 toward the rehabbing of a
single-family home that also serves as
a safe place for children to gather after
school.
Throughout the year, ORRF hosted a
series of meetings that brought in both
national and local experts to address
issues before the Nonprofit Housing
Roundtable of Central Florida.
