ORRA employees commit
to “Core Values” of service
The next time you engage with an ORRA staff er —
whether it be in person, via e-mail, or on the phone
— be on the lookout for a display of our new ORRA
Employee Core Values.
ORRA CEO Cliff Long introduced the core values as
a belief system that guides the association's actions,
unites its employees, and defines its brand. "Our core
values shape who we are and describe what we represent,"
says Long. "It all comes down to superior service
to the members,
and yet it's so
