Ingredients:
3 ripe tomatoes, thickly sliced
12 ounces fresh mozzarella, thickly sliced
Large bunch fresh basil leaves
Extra Virgin Olive oil – cold pressed
Large pinch kosher salt
Large pinch of ground black pepper Scan code for menu
Directions:
Arrange a single layer of tomato slices on a serving platter
Place fresh basil leaves on top of tomato slices
Place mozzarella slices on top of fresh basil leaves
Place fresh basil leaves on top of mozzarella slices
Drizzle Extra Virgin Olive oil in a thin stream over the top
Sprinkle with salt & ground black pepper
