She is responsible for leading financial management for the HR organization,
supporting transformation efforts and planning/operations. Her responsibilities
include accountability for key operational leadership team support, financial
management, performance measurement processes, coordination of operational
objectives, work plans, timelines and leading strategic projects involving
cross-functional teams.
She is leading the Diversity and Inclusion efforts for the seven Employee
Resource Groups at Sprint. She is responsible for driving membership engagement,
the professional development of the ERG officers, executing on business objectives,
and community outreach/partnerships.
Her 21 years at Sprint include leading transformation efforts in the Customer
Management organization, directly supporting several executives in the Human
Resources, Customer Care, IT and Prepaid (Care) organizations, and call center
operations. Before her transition to Customer Care, she led a team of 38 business
analysts in the Finance organization where she helped Sprint drive significant
financial savings as part of her reporting and analytics role.
She served as President of the Enlace Employee Resource Group for more
than four years (2012-2016). In 2014, Enlace was selected as one of the top five
ERGs by United States Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and participated in the ERG
Summit & Corporate Challenge. During her tenure, Enlace also received Honorable
Mention by LATINA Style, Inc.
Cantu-Kelley currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Hispanic
Chamber of Commerce of Greater Kansas City and on the Advisory Board for the
Mid-America Asian Culture Association (MAACA).

Marilu Galvez is vice president,
Community Relations and
Development for WABC-TV – the No. 1 station on-air and online in
the New York DMA and the nation for 13 years. In this role, Galvez is responsible
for developing new community outreach efforts while growing existing
partnerships with organizations to expand WABC’s ties with the varied and diverse
communities across the tri-state area.
She also develops and executes multiplatform campaigns designed to
support station initiatives that serve viewers. Galvez aligns news, programming,
marketing operations, as well as station talent, with key cause-related events and
campaigns important to the community. She also leverages opportunities to
develop advertiser support for these outreach efforts.
Previously, Galvez served as WABC’s managing editor since 2014,
overseeing editorial content of the station’s multiplatform assets across linear
television on Channel 7, ABC7NY.com and the ABC7NY app. Prior to that, she
served as assignment editor for Eyewitness News, joining the team in 2001.
Cuban-American Galvez has always been an advocate for community efforts
and outreach. She is an active member of the National Association of Hispanic
Journalists (NAHJ), a supporter of the Boys & Girls Club and Sade Baderinwa’s
Get Reel Foundation as well as all Disney VoluntEars program initiatives.
Galvez started her career as a production assistant and assignment editor
at Telemundo in 1998. She then became part of the Fox-5 News team
as assignment editor in 1999 and spent two years at WNBC-TV before joining
WABC-TV.

Informacion. Centro is a non-for-profit agency whose mission is to empower
Hispanics with the ability to effectively integrate into our greater community through
the facilitation of information, education, citizenship, and well-being. Additionally,
she serves as Vice-Chair/Board Member for the Elgin Area Chamber of Commerce.
Medina’s strong work ethic and integrity have helped her achieve in her
career. She is also viewed by colleagues as a supportive member of the
management team and she understands the value of promoting and inspiring a
