Michael “Frenchy” Preston
celebrated the 30th anniversary
of his first Frenchy’s Cafe in
1981. At that time, there were
four Frenchy’s restaurants on
Clearwater Beach. Now, those
are joined by a Frenchy’s To
Go in the Countryside area
of Clearwater and Frenchy’s
Outpost Bar & Grill on the
Dunedin Causeway, which
include his award-winning
grouper sandwiches and
seafood specialties such as
She Crab soup.
