Preparation:
Lightly shred grouper and mix with all ingredients. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Ingredients:
• 1 pound of baked or sous vide grouper
seasoned with salt & pepper
• 1 tablespoon green onion, julienne
• 2 tablespoons cilantro, fi nely chopped
• ½ teaspoon habanero, minced
• 2 tablespoons piquante peppers, minced
• 1 teaspoon lime zest
• ¼ cup mango, fi nely diced
• 1 teaspoon kosher salt
• ¼ teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper
• 1 tablespoon lime juice
