Many of the photos have multiple orbs
hovering around the groups – some of the
photos were covered with them. Different
colors and patterns showed up in the orbs,
unlike normal tricks of light that cameras and
fl ashes can produced.
There have been numerous sightings
of Native American faces showing up in
photos, and some phenomena that can’t
be explained at all. For instance, one photo
shows a group of people. When Lenore
asked how many could be counted, the
number was nine.
“There was actually only seven people in
that group,” she said.
Lights fl icker on and off frequently,
especially when a large group is present.
Shadow fi gures show up in corners, and
sometimes imprints of faces have shown up
on a wall that disappear a short time later.
Along one of the rows of the vineyard,
right near where an archway made of bottles
stands (it is a beautifully made testament
to the art of recycle, and is a place where
weddings are sometimes held), is what many
sensitives have dubbed a “vortex.” Near this
area there are hot and cold spots that can’t
be explained, and many people feel an
unusual energy.
An energy vortex is a specifi c location on
Earth that acts as a swirling center of energy,
containing more earthly energy than any
normal place does. One common belief

in regard to energy vortexes is that they
exist at the intersections of ley lines, or the
random lines of natural energy that make up
the Earth’s electromagnetic fi eld. There are
vortexes all over the planet, with Sedona,
Arizona, being the place where seven
vortexes have been documented.
“We have a guardian that guards this
vortex, this doorway,” Lenore said. “His
purpose in the afterlife is to guide people
and spirits in and out of this vortex.”
They had no idea about any of this when
they purchased it, Lenore said. One person
came and, having experienced the large
amount of peaceful spirits who reside there
said, “You are the caretaker of these spirits.
You are the keeper of this land.”
The Wine Cave is where
the wines are “vinted,”
otherwise known as
cellared. The Woodhams
say that sometimes the
Wine Cave somehow ends
up locking on its own from
the inside, so a spare key
needs to be carried at all
times.
Additionally, the lights
always need to be double
checked before closing up
any buildings for the night
because it isn’t unusual to
catch a glimpse of light
shining from under the
locked fermenting building
door from the main house.
“It is truly a safe haven
for spirits. Some spirits just
stop by, on their journey.
Others stay.
We don’t provoke them …
it’s all good.”
