This year brought different challenges to many, including us, but it
also brought hope with so many new ideas, stellar innovations, and
opportunities. This summer, we focused on ways to strengthen our
relationships for growth, for fresh ideas, and for a new kind of future.
For the past 24 years, we have brought you the most prestigious
analysis of corporate America’s efforts for promoting diversity and
providing career advancement opportunities for Latinas. We are excited to
showcase the best 50 companies for Latinas to work for in the United States.
This year, Johnson & Johnson excelled above all the companies for their
work and stellar commitment to Latinas. Advancement, growth, vision,
strength, courage are only a few attributes of a Latina leader. So if you are
ready to seek new job opportunities, expand your horizons or learn more
about advancement opportunities, check out the report and see who made
it to the list. You cannot go wrong selecting the Top 50 as the place where
you want to develop your career.
In this issue, we also highlight leadership and development programs
some of the top companies in the country leverage to help build a pipeline
of talented Latina executives. From nurturing, hiring, and retaining talent,
each company has its programs and mission in place.
Finally, for those of you who have supported this important effort
throughout these years, including these challenging times, I want to thank
you for your support and loyalty. We look forward to bringing you more
stories of determined and passionate Latinas in every edition of the
magazine and on social media, from Latinas in STEM careers to Latinas

you to share your story by emailing us at editor@latinastyle.com
We are proud to recognize Johnson & Johnson for their workplace

members, veterans, and empower Latinas. Congratulations once again to
the LATINA Style 50 companies, their continued efforts and best practices
to propel women, especially Latinas, to the top are an example that we urge
others to follow.
