AQUARIUM
Inspiring a sea of change since 1991, Jenkinson’s Aquarium
provides an exciting view of the wonders beneath the waves.
Come explore its diverse collection of animals from South African
penguins to mangrove touch tanks teaming with stingrays to
sharks from the Atlantic and Pacific oceans. Daily harbor seal
and penguin feedings are sure to entertain and engage your
youngsters and the young at heart alike. Staff members are
on hand throughout the building to provide information about
the animals and what conservation efforts are being made on
their behalf by the aquarium. Closing only for Thanksgiving and
Christmas, Jenkinson’s Aquarium is open every day for your

Jenkinson’s Boardwalk is the Jersey Shore’s
jewel for four-season family fun, generation after
generation!
Our attractions are Fun for Shore with over two
dozen rides, exciting games, fantastic prizes to
win, two different mini-golf courses and a ropes
course. You can Chill for Shore and relax on our
beautiful sandy beach or visit Jenks Inlet Bar
while listening to the soothing sounds of the
Atlantic Ocean. Weather permitting, Jenkinson’s
beach is open daily from the weekend before
Memorial Day through the weekend after Labor
Day. Beach badges can be purchased on a
full-season, half-season or daily basis, and
lifeguards are on duty when the beach is open.
Our Aquarium with its playful penguins is Wild
for Shore and open year-round, along with our
arcades, pavilion and sweet shop serving classic
boardwalk fare that is Fresh for Shore. And
remember, anytime is the perfect time to host a
birthday party or fun group outing at Jenkinson’s!
