Gridiron Gala
As part of the Outback Bowl activities, the Friday night party at the Tampa Marriott Waterside Hotel brought the Iowa Hawkeyes
and the Florida Gators together for an evening of fun and camaraderie. The Outback Bowl annually hosts teams from the Big Ten
Conference and the Southeastern Conference at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa. The Gators beat the Hawkeyes, 30-3, in this
year’s game.

Martinis and Matisse
The Martinis and Matisse annual art lottery benefits the Clearwater Free Clinic, which provides health care to low-income
uninsured families using volunteers and community partnerships. The fundraiser, chaired by Susan Murbach, has guests place tickets
below the artwork they want to take home, in hope that their tickets will be chosen to win. The event raises more than 20 percent
of the clinic’s operating budget. For every dollar donated, the efficiently operated clinic provides more than $5 in medical care.
