your ministry beyond a week-long
mission trip.
EXPAND YOUR PARTNERSHIP
We believe in the power of genuine
partnership. Integral to the word
“partnership” is investment from both
the mission team and the host partner.
Work with your PPM Operations
Leader to find ways to expand on
your partnership. Examples may
include supporting a local church
initiative throughout the year, joining
together in a year-long prayer journey
with your host partner, or even
participating in a reverse mission trip
where you become the host partner.
JOIN THE PPM TEAM
Each year, we bring on over 200
seasonal leaders who lead mission
trips for anywhere between 2-8 weeks
all over the world and throughout the
United States. Explore one of these 3
types of employment opportunities:
Assistant Trip Leader
Serve on a team that will help to lead
a mission trip experience in one of
our host locations. As an ATL, you
will assist the Trip Leader with daily
activities and be on the front lines of
ministry with the team each week.
Your job is to help the team connect
with their host partner and the
communities they are serving!
Length of service: 2-8 weeks
Trip Leader
Lead a team of seasonal staff as you
facilitate mission trip experiences
in one of our host locations. As Trip
Leader, you will work with your team
and the host partners to coordinate
daily activities and ensure the mission
team has a powerful week of ministry!
You will have the opportunity to grow
in your leadership skills and impact a
location through the ministry
you coordinate.
Length of service: 4-8 weeks
