Ministry Leader Internship
We’ve designed a ministry internship
program for individuals interested in
developing personal and professional
leadership skills through the ins
and outs of short-term missions.
The program runs from January to
August, and includes intentional, indepth

ministry training opportunities.
From June until August, you will
be on the field leading mission
teams and coordinating ministry
initiatives with the host churches. This
program focuses on holistic growth
and development for those who
participate, and is a great way to gain
more experience behind the scenes
and on the mission field. This is a
paid internship.
Length of service: 7 months (parttime
from January through May, fulltime
in the summer months)
THE BORDERLESS CONFERENCE
Each April, we host a conference
designed to bring together mission
team leaders, host pastors, and
PPM missionaries under the banner
of church unity. The Borderless
Conference is for local church leaders
who are passionate about uniting
the global Church. It is designed to
fully immerse you in the strategy
and process of building up the local
church through short-term missions.
