Morning, noon and
night and 24 hours
a day on Fridays
and Saturdays, Our
Place in Dunedin has become
the place to go for whatever
food cravings you have. The
menu is a compilation of food
favorites from simple omelets
to old-fashioned plates of
turkey with stuffing and cranberry sauce.
The classic breakfast with two extra large
eggs cooked any style comes with your
choice of home fries, hash browns, grits,
tomato slices or fresh fruit, and toasted
bread. Or you can get a breakfast sandwich
like a Monte Cristo of Swiss cheese, grilled
ham and fresh turkey between French toast
with warm syrup, or a breakfast bagel,
burrito or croissant, to name a few of
your options. From the griddle, there are
waffles and French toast of all kinds, such
as Banana Nut Bread French Toast that
is rolled in graham cracker crumbs and
finished with chocolate and marshmallow
fluff. In addition, there are lots of other
breakfast treats from chicken and waffle
to Benedicts from spinach Florentine to
The seven pasta dishes are
followed by several excellent
chicken dishes, but we prefer
Chef Greg’s Famous Chicken
Pot Pie for its flaky pastry
crust and creamy filling.
Other dishes are liver and
onion, meatloaf, pot roast,
pork chops and several other
hearty meals. The last section
of the menu is seafood, which ranges from
fish and chips to crab cakes.
This friendly and fun restaurant is
owned and operated by two charming
chefs who are constantly creating new
specials and tweaking the menu. The
desserts are homemade and worth the
calories. The service is friendly, efficient
and focused on making their customers
happy. So whenever you are in the mood
to eat, they are ready to fulfill your desires
because they want you to come back time
and time again. 9

crab cake and omelets of every sort. One of
our favorite items is a breakfast bowl with
two eggs served on a bed of hash browns,
including a wide choice of items such as
sausage, cheese and spinach. If you don’t
want breakfast, they also serve a variety of
appetizers such as onion rings, mozzarella
sticks and fried ravioli in addition to eight
salads including lobster salad.
Next come the burgers and hot dogs
that include a vegan veggie burger served
with your choice of a side item. There are
more than 20 sandwiches ranging from a
simple BLT to a 10-ounce, New York strip
steak sandwich.
If you have not found what you want
at this point, you can also find pastas
such as baked lasagna and chicken penne.
