PHASE 1 TIMELINE
Current Funding for Phase 1 - $10million. Future phases will be contingent on future funding allocation.
PHASE 1 Will predominantly include infrastructure,
utilities access drives and parking. All four zones – Active,
Natural, Lake and Passive Recreation – will be included in
Phase 1. The timeline of Phase 1 is shown above.
FUTURE PHASES General plans for Phases 2 - 5 have been
completed, but the timing of implementing these phases
will be dependent upon future funding allocation and
demand for the offerings. This map shows the general
areas that will be developed as part of each phase.
Planned amenities for the future phases, while also
dependent on future funding and demand, will span
different zones during each phase of development.
