iron-clad Union gunships. The hand-painted murals by artists Gary
Baillie and Stacey Whitz convey to visitors the engines’ application
in industry and agriculture in early 20th century America. A centuryold
Nichols and Shepard steam traction engine has been recently
restored, and other engines are in various states of restoration and
will be fully operational in the near future. Visitors can see the
engines operate using steam. 9
