Fairgrounds St. Pete is filled with creative
innovations in a wide variety of mediums. It
has been designed to be a cultural hub, where
art can be experienced at a multitude of levels.
The name Fairgrounds came from the era of
world fairs, events that showcased new ideas
and wondrous innovations. The Fairgrounds
concept was co-founded by Liz Dimmitt and
Mikhail Mansion. Dimmitt, who was raised in
Dunedin and Clearwater Beach, is the curator
who oversees the company’s operations.
Mansion of St. Petersburg oversees the art and
technology direction, driving the interactive
media innovations.
The 15,000-square-foot, artist-made
