Six Jesuit High School student-athletes,
including football standouts

Kendrick Torain ’18 (Duke) signed with
the colleges of their choice Feb. 7 at an
early morning signing ceremony in the
President’s Board Room at Jesuit.
Family, friends, coaches, and media
were on hand for the special event.

Rupp gave the instruction, and they
signed their National Letter of Intent.
The winter signees: Brendenn Flynn,
Gilby, football (LB), Furman Univ.; Noah
Kurtz, soccer, Univ. of Tampa; Anthony
Nelson, football (DE), Harvard Univ.; Nick
Terrana, football (LB), Southern Illinois

Driscoll crushed it. He
was victorious in the
long course 800 freestyle
(in 8:12.13), placed
second in the 1500, and

stamp Driscoll as one
of the nation’s top prep
swimmers and an
elite distance freestyle
competitor heading into
his senior year.

nation's most highly selective colleges, is

seasons, helping the Tigers continue the
winning streak vs. rival Tampa Catholic,
State as a junior and was a District
Champion at 195 pounds. Emslie has
been a four-year standout on the tennis
mostly No. 1 singles and doubles while
helping the Tigers maintain their dominance,
winning the District 23 of the past
24 years.
