ACM Faculty and Staff Receive Awards
ACM is pleased to announce that the
recipients of the 2020 League of Excellence
Awards are Jaime Striplin, Associate
Professor of Nursing; Rebecca Ruppert, Continuing
Education Director of Career & Employer Solutions; and
Lynn Grimm, Administrative Assistant to the Dean of
Career Education.
Striplin, Ruppert, and Grimm will attend the League
for Innovation in the Community College’s 2021
Innovations Annual Conference.
Thanks in part to scholarships from the ACM
Foundation, William Kunis earned three associate
degrees and a foreign language certificate in
only four semesters – all while working part to full-time.
Encouraged by his family and the connection he felt to
ACM’s history instructors, he graduated in May 2019
with honors, a 4.0 GPA, and a goal
to become a history teacher.
William, now a transfer student
at Frostburg State University,
is continuing to excel.
