June 23rd & 24th from 11 am to 5 pm the
Tuckerton Seaport will host its Annual Baymen’s
Seafood & Music Festival. Enjoy delicious Jersey
fresh clams, crabs, scallops and shrimp from the
finest local seafood purveyors. Drink from the
brew court featuring local crafted beers. Shop for
gifts and souvenirs from unique vendors. Listen
and dance to the music from local favorites:
September’s Brew on Saturday and Motts Creek
Pickers on Sunday. Enjoy crafters, family activities,
demonstrations, boat builders and decoy carvers.
Speak to commercial fisherman to learn about
occupations on the bay or take a clam-shucking
class. This event, selected as one of the Best
Outdoor Festivals by NJ Monthly Magazine, is
presented by the Jersey Shore Folklife Center.
