It all started with my Grandpop Martino’s Keystone
Everflash 20 manual camera and Fuji film.
Photographers are part storytellers and part historians.
Our job is to create an image that transcends time.
When you view an image, you are instantly reminded
of the moment—the people and place captured in the
frame. But it’s the emotion that touches your heart.
Photographs become the visual footprints tracing our
life’s journey through the years.
Whether stuck inside old yellowing scrapbooks, framed
and hanging on your family room walls or sitting on the
nightstand next to your bed, photographs represent
physical evidence that you existed and walked this
earth. Photographs tell your unique story from child
to adult and share your legacy from generation to
generation.
I continue to be influenced by my love of music,
travel, nature and getting lost in the outdoors—hiking,
road biking, skiing and surfing. My true passion is
beach photography. I am currently culling my beach
photographs as part of a retrospective project entitled
“Life at the Beach.”
