What’s Cooking?
Kitchen Style
By Martha Margolis
Rustic, transitional, vintage or cuttingedge
contemporary, kitchen design
speaks volumes about the lifestyles of
the people who use them on a regular basis.
Your design and functional choices in cabinet
styles, countertops, backsplashes, appliances,
flooring, color, layout and lighting all meld
to create a unique composition that will be
enjoyed for years to come.
Crisp, contemporary design by Lynne Stacy of
Kitchen Center Plus makes this kitchen a standout.
She used Wood Mode Brookhaven European box
cabinets with extra-wide frames on a Shaker style
Sausalito door, with a matte Sierra finish on maple
wood. Stainless steel accents reflect the three-inch-
thick stainless steel countertop. Wide rail stainless
ground glass cabinets grace both sides of the stainless
hood, and dramatic black quartz was used on the
other countertops.
