Jacksonville’s Mark Peters is a pro chef and
is in charge of the cooking duties for the
12 people in his group. Seafood, crab and
shrimp, corned beef, pork shoulder and
Swedish meatballs are on the dinner menu,
but Mark is renowned for his French toast
at breakfast. His friends attribute praise
to his morning concoction but since Mark
works in a wine
bar, I wonder
what he personally
recommends
with French toast,
white or red?
