All Pilot Flying J health plans include nationwide prescription drug coverage.
The amount you pay is based on the tier for your prescription.
Prescription Drug Tiers
Retail Pharmacy
(up to 30-Day supply)
Mail Order Pharmacy
(up to 90-Day supply)
• Prescriptions are covered only if they are filled at an in-network pharmacy.
• Tier 1 contraceptives are covered at no charge.
• Prescription copays do not apply toward your deductible but will apply to your
Out-of-pocket Maximum.
Mail Order Pharmacy
Save money on prescriptions you take regularly by filling them through the
OptumRx Mail Order Pharmacy.
Transfer existing prescriptions or submit new ones online, via phone, by
mail or by fax to receive approved medications via mail.

With Mail Order Pharmacy, you can get a prescription from your doctor for
up to a 90-day supply, plus refills for up to one year (if needed).

PRESCRIPTION DRUGS
Choose one of these ways to fill your first prescription using Optum Rx
Mail Order Pharmacy:
Online
• Log in to myuhc.com.
• Select Manage My Prescriptions and then Go to OptumRX.
• Select the medication you would like to switch to home delivery.
By mail
• Go to myuhc.com
• Click Go to OptumRX>Information Center>Programs and Forms>Home
Delivery Order forms.
• Mail the new prescription and order form to the address on the form.
With your doctor
• Ask your doctor to fax your prescription to OptumRx. Your doctor can
call the number on the back of your plan ID card for instructions. (Faxed
prescriptions must come from your doctor’s office.)
Timing
Once OptumRx receives your order, your medication should arrive within
10 business days. Refill orders should arrive in about 7 business days.
HRA funds can be used to
pay for prescriptions.
