*STD is available under a state disability plan for California, New York and New Jersey. For
Team Members working in these states, a mandatory payroll tax is taken for this benefit.
Disability cannot be added after Company-paid Long-term Disability (automatically enrolled)
a medical issue occurs. Coverage
must be in place prior to the onset

14 consecutive days of being disabled and not
