If you have a Dependent Care
FSA and a Healthcare FSA, you
cannot transfer funds from one
FSA to another. They are separate
accounts.

Pre-tax account used to pay eligible expenses
for dependent children under the age of 13, or
a spouse or adult dependent that is unable to
work or care for themselves
Minimum: $260
Maximum: $5,000 ($2,500 if married and filing
separate tax returns)
• Child or adult daycare service by qualified
caregivers
• Before- and after-school care
• Summer day camps
• In-home care by qualified caregivers
• Transportation provided by a caregiver
• Application fees or deposits required for
obtaining care from a caregiver
Your contributions will be deducted from your
paychecks in equal installments throughout
the year and deposited into your account.
Funds are available to you after they have been
deposited into your account.
Direct deposit or check
You will lose any remaining funds in your
account at the end of the year.
