Fireball Cider
3 ounces apple cider
Splash cinnamon simple syrup
Pour over Doggery Ice Tall Burg. Stir.
Garnish with fresh apple slices and a cinnamon stick.
Cinnamon simple syrup: Place 1 cup sugar into 1 cup of water.
Boil until the sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat. Drop
overnight. Remove the cinnamon sticks in the morning.
Cranberry Old Fashioned
3 ounces bourbon (preferably American Freedom Distillery’s
Horse Soldier Signature bourbon)
1 ounce cranberry simple syrup
3 shakes bitters of your choice
Pour over Doggery Ice Large Burg. Stir.
Garnish with fresh cranberries and rosemary.
Cranberry simple syrup: Place 1 ½ cups cranberries either fresh or
frozen into 1 cup of water. Add 1 cup of sugar and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes. Strain cranberries from liquid.

Bourbon Pecan Pie
1 ounce bourbon (preferably American Freedom Distillery’s Horse
Soldier Barrel Strength)
1 ½ ounce pecan liqueur (i.e. pecan praline or pralines & cream)
½ ounce vodka
Pour over Doggery Ice Classic Burg. Stir.
Garnish with Georgia Pecans
