you can try intermittent fasting, best overnight, do not eat for 12

body, reduce stress and encourages regeneration. Be sure you’re
getting enough sleep, staying hydrated, and enough healthy fat. We
have villainized fat for so long, cutting out the fat leads to bad
choices with cravings, usually with sugar and carbs. Also, be sure
that you get enough healthy salt in your diet like Himalayan salt, it’s
rich in minerals. We’ve made salt the bad guy, and when we cut out
salt we tend to replace it with sugar. Sugar equates to being tired,
lack of energy, lack of libido, premature aging and many diseases.
Also, one of my favorite supplements is magnesium. Magnesium
is involved in over 400 reactions in your body. I have helped more
people with magnesium than any medication that I have prescribed.
It also helps with blood sugar control and reducing cravings.
Your best advice overall for enjoying the holidays?
My advice is to change the main focus of each holiday and make it
about the gathering, seeing people you love, the joy of the event
with being grateful for friends, family, good people around us rather
than the focus on overindulging in unhealthy food and beverages.
until we feel like they will pop and we are bloated, we can’t even
move passed out on the sofa falling asleep, we can’t carry on a
conversation.
