Access Your Utility Account Online
Clearwater’s utility customers now have
enhanced online access to their utility
bills. The online payment portal has been
upgraded, and customers can create a
profile and log into their accounts with a
username and password. Users can view
and pay current and past statements,
view consumption data/history, and link
multiple utility accounts to their profiles.
Customers can now receive text or email
notifications for any of the following:
• When a bill is ready for viewing
• When a bill is due for payment
• When a payment is processed
Customers interested in setting up a
profile and transitioning to paperless
utility statements can set up their profiles
by visiting myclearwater.com/Kubra. The
advantages to using the paperless billing
system include:
• Get your bill faster and more
conveniently. You will receive an email
or text when your bill is ready to view
online.
• Have instant access to simplify your
record-keeping.
• Review your bills online for the last
24 months. There is no need to track
down old statements.
• Help reduce waste. Paperless billing is
good for the environment.
There is no obligation to use the new
paperless billing system, and customers
have the ability to switch back to paper
bills if they prefer. If you have questions
