6-14 Flag Day The first flag was commissioned with a
payment of “3 strings of Wampum.” Thomas Green, an American
Indian, wanted protection that a flag would provide while
traveling in unfriendly territories. Mr. Green asked Congress for
help and threw in the aforementioned payment. Within 10 days,
Congress made the decision and the 13 stars and 13 stripes was
approved June 14th, 1977.

6-21 Collin’s Barefoot Comedy Club with Tommy Ryman 8pm
