Brett Berger represents individuals who have been injured due to
the negligence of someone or something else. Brett has always
had a passion for helping others and began his legal career as an
assistant public defender helping the indigent defend themselves
from criminal charges. Brett left the public defender’s office and
defended the insurance companies and their individual insureds
in negligence cases. After gaining incredible insight as to how
