In his “New Constellations”
series, Rodeiro uses wild horses
and other animals in bright
hues to express his vision
of the essence of the natural
world.
He said artistic creativity results from an unreclaimable loss, “The
Forgotten,” rather than mere recollected memories or simply
reconciling or reinterpreting what is remembered, as set forth in
Dr. Nicomedes Suárez-Araúz’s theory of Amnesis.
Rodeiro is a symbolist in that he fosters and maintains the
eternality of faith and belief through art, so that his work inspires
rather than defines. 9
