Once the fabric is tacked, use scissors to carefully trim away
any excess fabric on all sides of the design.

Your trimmed design should look something like this. Using a color-coordinating thread, wind a matching bobbin.
This will create a clean finish on the backs of your 3D pieces.
If you have color changes in your steps, be sure to change
the bobbin to match.

Stitch out the remainder of your 3D elements, making sure to
refer to the design’s numbered machine steps.
When your design is complete, remove it from the hoop and
trim away any excess stabilizer.
Return the hoop to the machine and run the next machine
step which will be the tacking stitch for the back fabric.
