She is a member of Brown Baptist Church
in Southaven, MS where she serves on various
outreach ministries.
Eloise McClinton leads ICS Head Start
Program in Mississippi. The program serves
more than three thousand children, employs
over eight hundred employees, and has a
budget more than $40 million. She wishes
to continue to implement the same sound
management practices as her mentor, Mr.
Arvern Moore that elevated ICS. The ICS
Head Start serves 3,808 children in 14
counties.
Mrs. Clinton’s Leadership will continue to
take this organization to higher heights. Her
passion is empowering and ensuring that
preschool children and families obtain quality
comprehensive services at the Head Start
Centers and within the communities.
McClinton lives by the scripture: “Be
completely humble and gentle: be patient,
bearing with one another in love.”
(Ephesians 4:2) Through all of her
professional accomplishments, duties,
and obligations, she enjoys being the wife
of Minister Alonzo McClinton and playing
with her darling grandchildren. She recognizes
that leading ICS will ensure that our children
are getting a head start in learning which
is a major building block for a successful
future.

called, My Sister’s Keeper and formed it in her church.
