Ministry of the First Episcopal District. In 2016,
after three years in retirement, she returned to the
workforce to become the Executive Administrative
Assistant to the 52nd Bishop of the CME Church,
Bishop Henry M. Williamson, Sr., (First Lady Dr.
Doris Y. Williamson) a great visionary who currently
presides over 200 churches in the states of Arkansas
and Tennessee of the First Episcopal District of
the Christian Methodist Episcopal Church,
headquartered in Memphis.
A 2013 retiree of FedEx Corporation after
completing 35 years of service at the Corporate
Headquarters on Shady Grove in Memphis, as an
Executive Assistant to several of the Company’s Vice
Presidents and thet African American Treasurer
Burnetta B. Williams. She ams that she would
have never dreamed reaching this level in her professional
career without God being in her life. She was
one of thet African American executive secretaries
on the corporate side of FedEx where formed
friendships and made great memories. They are both
treasured. “I can do all things through Christ which
strengthens me.” (Philippians 4:13)
A graduate of the Melrose High School in the
historic Orange Mound community where many
successful leaders were born and established.
General Real Estate Studies Certicate from State
Tech (Memphis), and an Associate Degree in
Business & Secretarial Science from Northwest
Community College (Mississippi
Married to the ‘handsome’ Man of God,
Deacon Eary Jones, life member of the
Greater New Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church
for 43 years. They have two adult sons and three
grandchildren.
Her interests are studying the Word of God,
horticulture, interior and graphic designing;
and most importantly, spending time with
her family.

After many years of being the organizer and planner
for many employers, the vision of Creative Solutions
Unlimited was born. Initially, her concentration was
business cards, invitations, and programs for various
individuals as well as planning parties and organizing
meetings. Through word of mouth and the excellence
of her product, the operation evolved into what it is
today. She graduated from parties and meetings to
high level conferences and awards shows. Most
notably, she served as producer of The New Tri-State
Defender’s Best in Black Awards from 2012 – 2018,
and as Partnering Sponsor/Event Director for Memphis
Black Expo from 2014-2016. Her creative vision
and impeccable attention to detail have led her to
successfully coordinate awless functions. Nina’s infectious
enthusiasm makes the event orchestrating process
an enjoyable and relaxing experience for her clients.
She currently serves as President of the Homebased
Business Chamber of Commerce – Memphis Chapter,
and as the Vice-President of the National Homebased
Business Chamber. As a Virtual Assistant, she is the
Executive Administrator for Memphis Gun Down,
The 100 Black Men of Memphis, and Your Services,
LLC. In her most recent business venture, she has
acquired a staagency that provides individualized
services and support to persons with disabilities.
This organization provides pre-employment transition,
ticket to work services and much more across
the United States.
Nina contributes her drive and motivatit to
God, who over the course of her life has proven to
be the best business partner anyone could ever have.
She is currently a student at Alliance Bible College
and Seminary pursuing a Bachelor of Professional
Studies with a concentration in Leadership Development
and Spiritual Formation. Nina is the mother
of one biological son - Patrick, 5 bonus children -
Xavier, Kortney, Kandyce, KeChele, and Kiyanna,
and 2 adopted children - Raphael and Shaquita, but
called Mom Deuce by many! Between this colorful
crew, she has 23 grandchildren.
