Do I Qualify for Home Health Care?
In order for qualify for home health
care services, a patient must be
considered homebound. Patients are
considered homebound if they require
great assistance to leave their home
and cannot leave home frequently due
to a medical condition. Home health
patients must also have a need for
skilled medical care and be under the
care of a medical provider.
