Dry Rub
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1 ½ tablespoons paprika
1 ½ tablespoons salt
1 ½ tablespoons ground black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Cooking Brine
2 cups of your favorite BBQ sauce
1 cup liquid smoke
2 cups Pepsi Cola
3 cups water
